What this means for Singapore flat buyers and sellers

Demand has shifted towards bigger flats, while the island-wide index barely moved.

For buyers, steady prices and higher volumes mean more flats to compare and room to negotiate. For sellers of five-room and larger flats, demand is strongest, but a check of recent prices in your own town and flat type matters more than the island-wide index.
